The Extreme Texas Women's Team goes above and beyond to make your gymnast's dreams come true.

We are committed to developing both outstanding gymnasts and strong, confident young women. Our highly skilled coaches emphasize a comprehensive approach to training, prioritizing the holistic development of each athlete. We prioritize a positive atmosphere where excellence is the standard, resulting in state and regional champions every year. The Extreme Texas women’s competitive program is designed for dedicated gymnasts striving for excellence at the collegiate and elite levels. Girls can start their journey through our invite-only pre-team, or begin competing in-house through the Extreme Legends Competition Leagues.

For families seeking an ideal balance between academics and rigorous training, we proudly offer Extreme Texas Academy, our full-time homeschool classroom. Along with intensive training sessions, students benefit from the guidance of our certified teacher with 30+ years' experience, ensuring they can successfully balance school, training, and time with family.
